The Kenyan government has launched a nationwide NYOTA Project physical verification exercise across all constituencies, urging registered youth to confirm their details ahead of the upcoming funding phase. The verification starts at 9:00 AM today.

The Ministry of Youth Affairs, through the NYOTA Project (National Youth Opportunities Towards Advancement), is conducting a nationwide physical verification exercise today, Friday, 24th October 2025. The exercise, taking place simultaneously in all constituencies from 9:00 AM, is a critical step toward the disbursement of funds to registered youth beneficiaries.

The government has called on all young people who registered under the NYOTA Project to turn up for the Nationwide Physical Verification Exercise happening today, Friday, 24th October 2025, across all constituency headquarters.

The exercise, organized under the theme Kuza, Imarisha, Endeleza Vijana! (Nurture, Strengthen, and Empower Youth), is designed to validate the details of every registered participant before the next phase of fund disbursement begins.

Principal Secretaries, elected leaders, National Government Administration Officers (NGAO), and the NYOTA Project Team are expected to supervise the activity in their respective regions to ensure transparency and accountability.

According to the Ministry, this verification is a vital step toward operationalizing the youth empowerment agenda, which aims to promote access to economic opportunities, technical skills, and enterprise development support for young Kenyans.

The government has urged all beneficiaries to attend the session in person with their identification documents to avoid missing out on the upcoming funding cycle. Constituency-based journalists have also been invited to cover the event, which underscores the government’s commitment to youth inclusion and transparency.
